The heater register was very loud,, room was not clean, 1 towel no washcloths, hand towels, soap,or shampoo for a room with 2 people. The price was too high for what you got. would not recommend to anyone and Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place

No extra towels, no soap or shampoos/conditioners, sheets had cigarette burn holes, floors were not vacuumed, bathroom not mopped, toilet smelled of urine, and first room given to us was not cleaned so we had to ask for another.

The attendants in the front lobby were nice but not overly accommodating. The rooms were filthy. The first room they sent us to was 113. There were stains on the bedspreads, carpet and brown smears on the walls in the bathroom. There was an over abondance of fragerance sprayed in the room to cover something. The second room they gave us (110) was just plain dirty again stains on the bedspreads and curtains as well as baseboards missing and filth everywere . I will not stay here again!

I mistakenly reserved a room for the 27th, I spoke to the front desk and they said it was OK that I could stay on the 20th and they would cancel the appointment for the 27th. I payed for my stay on the 20th and they said that when they get a call for the 27th, they would refund me the money for that date. They did not refund for the stay on the 27th. So we went to our room and it was dirty, smelled like raid, so I assume they were trying to kill the ants in the room . We took a shower, but the smell was so strong that we left. We spoke to the front desk and told them we could not stay because of the smell. We took a video of the room . The walls were dirt , there were ants in the room. The raid smell was too strong . They did refund what we paid that day and they would also refund the date for the 27th. They did not refund what we paid for the 27th. Very disappointed. The refrigerator in the room had a cord that did not reach the outlet, the lamp in between the 2 queen size bed did not work because the cord was cut. We ended up going to a hotel down the road .

When I arrived there were employees in the front office but the door was locked and I was required to call a number posted on the door. Following check in, I get to my room only to find that the room had been double booked and I opened the door on a couple, luckily everyone was decent. Their room key had been deactivated upon the activation of mine to their room and when both parties went back to the office to fix the issue, the door was locked again and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone to help us resolve the issue. I was in that office not even 5 min prior. Another room was assigned to me and when I got there everything was gross. The shower was more than dirty and the beds had stains and hair in the sheets… I ended up sleeping inside of my sleeping bag. I didnt even bother trying to use the shower as I feared I would be dirtier than if I didn’t shower, which is saying something because I had just played in a volleyball tournament!

This was our second time at this hotel. The first time was on Monday, February 23rd, we were placed in room #105. Please review my submission for that stay. For Friday, February 27th, we were placed in room #115. The moment we entered the room, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. We found the that the tile floor at the sink was soaking wet. The sink counter smelled like vomit, and the sink plug was missing. There was debris in the corners and along the walls of every room. It was not vacuumed, Stains on the bedspread, on the shower curtain, the toilet bowl was black with dirt. Upon returning the room card keys, no one was there to receive the keys both on Monday and Saturday. We left the room keys on the counter with a bunch of other keys that were left by other guests. This was around 8 am.
