Stay here!!!

Place was perfect. 💯 stay there. My only qualm we got there at 1 and couldn’t check in to 3 (their check in is 4 which is too late). So they hooked us up a little. But the day before, I would of paid extra for early check in even if my hotels gold status’s didn’t help me. But there is no way that I saw to do that. Otherwise, one of top 4 hotels in all of Austin and I been to most of the downtown ones.

Have stayed here several times. Great location in East Sixth side of town next to plenary of restaurants, bars, nightlife, groceries. No need for a car. Check in process can take a bit with the verification ID process. Overall felt safe and property is secure.

Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head.

Very nice place although check-in/out is a little awkward. Kitchen has bare minimun with small coffee pot and only two small pre-measured coffee packets. We always travel with our coffee but there were no filters for using our own coffee. Paper towels worked okay. Water pressure was good but showerhead ended up being a stream. I'd stay there again.

It’s complicated to get in touch with someone for help. I tried to call and it doesn’t even ring it disconnects, but on here it says to call for questions. One rep did respond via texting the number I was supposed to call, she was very helpful. When I concluded my stay I was charged for two parking spots But only parked one vehicle overnight in the garage And would like to note there was only one parking pass in the unit There were two key fobs but only one parking pass. It was clean and orderly It did get busy at late dinner time But was totally quiet again by 10 The patio was huge The property was clean The price wasn’t bad considering this was a last minute booking and the onset of holiday travel too. You could throw a paper airplane and hit a restaurant or food truck. All of which I did sample and all were amazing. There’s a grocery shop across the street. The parking garage is clean and easy to get in and out of, and the toiletries were upgraded as well. There are dishes and pots and pans etc and a full refrigerator (no ice) The coffee machine was magical. I would recommend this place for sure. Very pleasant accommodations. The only gripe is the communication line. All of my paperwork shows the number to call for help, but when you dial out it hangs up and you don’t verbally speak to anyone. The person who did text with me was helpful and polite though! I just wish I could have got ahold of her again!
