Arrived at 4:15pm. Upon checking in at the kiosk I was told my room wasn't ready. I called to ask why/when it would be and the associate told me that my room had an AC issue so I would have to stay in their other bldg. No problem. Got key cards when we arrived to the other bldg and they did not work, nor did the associate know why. Sat in the lobby until 5 while she tried resolving that issue. Finally gave us key fobs instead.. those didn't work either. She got those fixed and finally got into my room at 5:10. I had a concert to get to at 6 and barely had time to get ready for it. Good location, clean enough, but not what I'd consider a relaxing stay.

This was my second time staying at this property and as usual, it did not disappoint. The room was actually bigger than the first time I booked as well as nicer.
