Dead Cockroachs in bathroom. Used toiletries on shower floor, shower curtain filthy, carpeting in room needed vacuuming. Hall carpeting hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. Pool and hot tub not working. Bedsheets all wrinkles. We hoped they were clean. Had coffee pot in room but no cups. Ice bucket in room, only 1 glass. Expected so much better from a Clarion property. Avoid at all costs.

Upon arrival, we noticed the immediate concerning state where many windows to rooms were broken, and when checking in the front desk told us the pool and hot tub were not working or available to guests. The clerk then tried to put us in a suite with one king and one pullout, but I asked for double beds. I’m assuming she thought this would be an upgrade but it isn’t. The room smelled of smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The pool was out of order, and the hotel lacked a working telephone line. Most concerning was the hygiene in the restaurant restroom; a sign instructed guests not to flush toilet paper, yet there was no trash can provided. As a result, used paper was left on the floor. This hotel does not deserve a 'Good' rating. To make matters worse, they have been unresponsive to Hotels.com regarding my refund request. I would not recommend staying here.

Check in was ok. Room had some small litter on floor. Hand basin blocked up, reported it but they were unable to fix. Had to was hands, face and clean teeth over bath tub. Full breakfast advertised but not served. Only waffles juice and coffee. Parking area had heaps of cigarette butts around.

We asked the staff before checking in if they were having a full breakfast. The girl at the desk insisted that there would be breakfast and added there would be bacon and eggs. All there was this morning was cereal, bagals/no cream cheese and waffles but no forks no plates. Approached staff and basically shrugged her shoulders. Same response when I reported the remote didnt work gave me another that didnt work, then handed me four.

Horrible service, rooms smell bad. Bathroom door not closing, no ac working. Front desk clerk has no knowledge of what to do in difficult situations and she was rude. I definitely will NOT be coming back and NOT recommend to anyone.

We rented a king suite and the room itself was beautiful! We did run into issues with the telephones not being plugged in to the walls.. no cords on them or anything, and when I tried to call the front desk using the numbers listed on the room phone, the desk number was actually to the fax machine and the fax machine number went to some random guy. Also.. the indoor pool and hot tub (a major item in our choosing this location) were not able to be used and that had not been listed on the website. The staff was not very accommodating/friendly when asked about either of these issues. In fact the girl at the morning desk was like, 'yeh.. this phone doesn't work" and picked up the desk phone.

Very bad experience, the ceiling in the hallway was falling down. I noticed the front desk person because of the safety and she didn’t care. People were hitting their heads on it. She had only hard time to give me sheets for the pull out couch because she couldn’t understand English. I’m the morning, nothing was there for breakfast and I was there at 8:30. When I asked if I could at least get coffee and if she could make some coffee, she said no. She was not busy, and she didn’t have anyone at the front desk. The person was very rude and not helpful. The pool was very cold so our kids could swim and we got the hotel because of the pool. The water in jacuzzi was half way full so it didn’t work. Very bad experience. Never again.

The stay was nice and quiet, the pool was pleasant, and we liked the accommodations. The only drawback for me was that the breakfast ran out in about an hour, and we were told that it does not get replenished. But overall, a nice stay.

Pool had oil across the top and dirty, spa was dirty and being refilled dirty, the people staying next to us was loud, had dogs, building is in bad shape with 3” cracks and parking lot was in bad shape. Checked out after 30 mins and out of 3 days I was suppose to stay they refunded only 2. Would not ever recommend this hotel.

Room was not clean. There were roaches, an empty liquor bottle, and sock on the floor in the room. It clearly had not been cleaned. Front desk staff was amazing, showed us 3 other rooms to help make us comfortable. Found a clean one and had no further issues.
