It should be stated that this is clearly a residential hotel and so has all the "human features" that are typical of a hotel of that sort. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was in need of repairs. It was also strange that they would only service your room if you requested it the day before and would not allow you to just request daily service regardless of the length of your stay. The pool seemed clean but the chlorine was overpowering and made us itchy. Breakfast was free.
