Excellent hotel, very nice room, nice breakfast every morning. Great location, only 1 1/2 blocks from the U Train into the center of the City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One night we had a problem with the TV, and the hotel manager came up to the room to fix it. This was the best hotel we stayed in our German trip

The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!! The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber , in den Toiletten roch es nach Urin und es waren überall Haare, auch die Betten hatten einen merkwürdigen Geruch. Das Personal war nur da, auf Fragen wie ; bis wann ist das Frühstück und wo ? Hieß es : davon steht’s angeschrieben, können Sie es lesen… und auch so beim vorbei laufen, wenn man gegrüßt hat kam nur ein komischer Blick. Die Fleischsorten im Buffet waren nicht angeschrieben, wenn man gefragt hat kam dann mit Mühe und Not immer eine kurze Erläuterung. Also für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, Max 1-2 Sterne

Séjour à L'Impérial Hotel

Très belle expérience et un retour positif pour mes 5 enfants. La propreté est correcte, la femme de ménage intervient tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps. Seul point négatif, savon insuffisant dans la salle de bain pour se doucher et pour les laver les mains.
