Room 229 smelled distinctly of cat urine. When I returned to my room after a long day, my room key no longer worked, and I had to go to the front desk twice to gain entry to my room. The front desk staff had 2 children with her, and she was yelling at them and talking to them while helping me gain access to my room. Both coffee dispensers in the lobby were empty in the morning. Both electrical outlet receptacles in the bathroom were stripped, so nothing would stay plugged in. The side entrance to the hotel did not lock after entry/exit, so the premises were not secure. This was a disappointing experience.

Staff was fantastic but the rooms lacked and could use some touch ups. Shortly after stepping into the restroom within the room, I killed two what appeared to be cockroaches. If certain things were fixed, I would happily stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean. The tv didn’t work, but the staff did come and fix it, although the channel selection was very limited.. The breakfast had a good variety and was good. Your cleaning staff could use some education on how to clean more thoroughly-not just surface clean

Took a while for staff to come up front and check is in, then the door would not open so had to get the staff to come basically hit the door open and every time after that it would take us 10 minutes to get into the room because it kept having the same issue. Whole floor of hotel smelled like weed and mold. Dirty looking. Not worth the money have given this hotel multiple tries all gets worse and worse every time will never be back
