Very good location..got a voucher for 2 drinks in the lobby area and they had some nice complimentary desserts in the lobby as well. Very helpful Reception desk. Breakfast was good though nothing great.

The 12qm rooms are really, really small. The bathroom door is nothing more but a thin, half open glass door. You really have to like each other, if you stay there with another person, because you hear everything they do on the toilet. The bed we were sleeping on was very old and could really use a new mattress. I woke up in the morning from back pain. Something I haven't experienced for years. The breakfast was ok, nothing more. The people at the reception were nice. Everyone else was not able to say something like "Good morning" when you walked past them. The area around the hotel is not nice. It's a central bus station and there are a lot of shady people hanging around there.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und dient als guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Wer am Hotel parken möchte, sollte einen Platz im Voraus reservieren, andernfalls bietet das Hotel fußläufig erreichbare vergünstigte Optionen an. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Economy Doppelzimmer gebucht und Zimmer 107 erhalten, welches für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt für zwei Personen zu klein ist. Das Zimmer bietet viel zu wenige Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten bzw. Ablagen oder Haken, um Kleidung oder Handtücher aufzuhängen. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, musste das Fenster ständig geöffnet sein. Unser Zimmer wirkte auch dreckig (Bett außen fleckig und Topper auch verschmutzt - Körperflüssigkeiten?). Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert.
