We've stayed here several times over the last 10 yrs. Motel is getting a little tired and could use a facelift, but it was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Mattress had a low spot in the center and needed to be replaced. Air conditioning worked well. Great coffee shop onsite. Good breakfasts and really nice wait staff. Very reasonably priced (Several EV chargers available in parking lot). We live in Northern Calif and use this as a halfway stop on vacations to Washington. Good location.

It's a nice little area, close to the free way. Great for the price ! They could use some upgrades in the rooms but overall it wasn't to bad. Staff and housekeeping were great and it was pretty quiet for the most part. Clean, but smells old. Like old antique furniture. Pool was closed and we didn't visit the restaurant or the saloon. Gas station and convenient store also located in the same area.

Room smelled like animal urine, stains on carpet, dog hair covering beds, fire alarm didn't have a battery or power. My son and I slept with clothes on. Breakfast had runny eggs when I ordered over medium. staff was nice. checked out a day early and booked a room in Eugene.

Staff was amazing. Truly, beyond grateful for the amazing service and commitment towards accommodating my son and myself. As a seasoned customer service worker myself, I can say honestly, I’d give the woman that checked me in a raise.. I booked a smoking room, it was pouring down rain and I didn’t want to stand outside. My only complaint was the bathroom fan, didn’t work and it wasn’t favorable for removing the cigarette smoke from the bathroom (I prefer to smoke in the bathroom so it doesn’t overwhelm the room) Otherwise the room was nice, clean and had everything I’d need. Water wasn’t the best, my hair was unmanageable after showering but I don’t feel that’s the motel’s fault, I assume that’s a region thing and There was very unusual flooding activity on the entire west coast that may have been a factor. I’d stay there again.

The hotel is next to a fair size truck stop, probably 40 big rigs were next door and most let motors running all night. So, there was humming sound every second of the night. No bad Not perfect yet the room was large and clean. Price was OK and you get what you pay for, if the price is right I would stay again.

Door card key system was a major problem, but hosts were very helpful and helped us both nights. This is an older facility in need of modernizing (replace carpeting, power wash exterior sidewalks and stairs, perhaps add designer touches), but the bedding and linens were clean and housekeeping did a good job with what they had. We were visiting family in the area, so only used our room to sleep and clean up. It worked well for us.

I struggled to figure out where to check in when I got here and no one answered the phone the first time I called. But no biggie, they answered the second time and pointed me to the Lobby in the Restaurant building. The room smelled a bit funny but aired out quickly. Needs a remodel!

Well the bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. However the room was old and dated. The front door had prior damage that was screwed back together. It looks like it had been kicked in. The two chairs that were around the table were badly stained. The carpet is old and stained and needs replacing badly.

Very Homey and Yummy Food

This was a quick stop for us but a good one. It is a little outdated feeling but not to a scary level. There is a diner, saloon and food trucks on property. The pool was covered and shut down but I am not sure why since it's the middle of summer. Pros--Erin at the counter was awesome! I actually love the brown comforters. My son said it makes it seem old, but I like not constantly worrying about getting my dirty suitcase wheels on the bed or spilling and staining a white comforter, the restaurant was wonderful and delicious with SO many options, beds were comfortable but a little harder than my husband likes. A/C worked really well. Cons-our shower was dirty and had a wad of black hair in it which kind of grossed us out. We had showered earlier in the day and were leaving early so we just didn't use it, the door just skims the toilet so you have to step between the tub and toilet to open the door or you hit your toe which I did a lot at night, I was told someone would be at the front counter when we went to leave at 4am but no one was there and the door was locked--not a big issue I just took the keys and locked them in our room but we were on a tight schedule and it was a bit inconvenient. There is a small deposit which wasn't listed on hotels.com but it dropped off quickly.
