The hotel seems large and a bit of a maze, but we liked our room, especially with a little balcony to look over the river. The hotel is very nicely situated, right by the river with plenty of walking opportunities nearby. The breakfast had a huge variety as well. The fitness center was a bit cramped unfortunately with limited though decent equipment. Make sure to pre-book parking if needed, though we used an offsite lot and that worked fine. The spa seemed to be busy but we weren’t able to check it out this trip. I don’t know if I will ever make it back here, but if I do I would stay at this hotel again.

Fint hotell med karaktär och mycket trevlig personal. Frukostbuffén är riklig och god, och sängarna är väldigt sköna. Ett extra plus är möjligheten att välja mellan olika kuddar. Det finns även ett litet gym. Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge mitt i centrum, nära både den gamla stadsdelen och Klarälven, där man kan promenera. Ett av de absolut bästa ställena att bo på vid ett besök i Karlstad!
