I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Hotel novo com bom serviço de manobrista, o estacionamento é cobrado mas eles atendem muito bem e tem vários pontos de carregamento de carros elétricos, um diferencial muito positivo de outros hotéis. A piscina é boa e o atendimento também. O café da manha é numa área grande e muito bem servido.

Terrível do início ao fim

Infelizmente nosso final de semana neste hotel não foi uma boa experiência. Logo na chegada não havia nenhum funcionário no local para nos recepcionar, ficamos confusos pois não existe ao menos uma placa indicando onde deixar o carro. Na sequência nos deram o quarto errado e quando reclamei perdi mais de 1 hora explicando que eu tinha razão enquanto o funcionário do Hotel retrucava que eles estavam certos e culpando o Hotels.com pela confusão. Por fim, me deram o quarto certo depois de muita espera. O quarta estava podre de sujo com muita poeira branca (como restos de obra/gesso), o banheiro alagava toda vez que se tomava banho. Tentamos agendar hidromassagem e adivinha? Só pode marcar para o dia seguinte, então quem não comprar duas diárias não pode utilizar as banheiras. Na piscina o atendimento do bar encerra antes do horário da piscina (????) caso você queira beber um drink é preciso subir o elevador e andar pela recepção do hotel em trajes de banho para pedir no bar que funciona. Terrível do início ao fim. O café da manhã foi a única parte boa dessa estadia.

Já tínhamos nos hospedado no hotel, ele é muito bom, limpo e com um ótimo café da manhã. Apenas tivemos problemas dessa vez devido ao fato do hotéis.com não ter sido claro na descrição do quarto que reservamos, o qual era adaptado para PNE, foi então que tivemos esse problema devido ao quarto ser totalmente adptado. Peço que sejam mais claros nas descrições dos quartos para que outras pessoas não tenham esse mesmo problema.

Quarto que me hospedei foi o 317A. Definitivamente nao comporta dois adultos e duasncriancas, o sofa cama deixa pouso espaço se transito no quarto l. Fica realmente apertado, esbarrando na TV e no abajur quando atravessa o quarto. Aquecimento e ar condicionado inoperante. Ralo do banho e vaso entupidos.
