Great staff, very clean. Not really any amenities. Also, we were shocked that any hotel with more than one storey would not have an elevator 😳 and the unfortunate desk clerk was evidently told by the owners to say that the 3 storey building didn't have an elevator was because it was on a hill!!(???) What in the world does a hill have to do with elevators? The front of the hotel looks rather undesirable due to patios with plastic chairs facing the parking lot with people's plastic coolers sitting around. Otherwise clean with friendly staff and an indoor/outdoor pool. The backside is lovely with a woodsy natural area to look at.

Checking in was easy; the lobby smelled so clean putting a great first impression. The room was very clean as well, all things in all the right places. The bed was firm in the best way helping to reduce feeling other moving throughout the night. The shower pressure was amazing, it's hard to find such a thing in a hotel so much appreciated. It was nice to have Happy Joe's so close after a day of hiking, grabbing a pizza right there made life easy. This was my 2nd stay in seven month and it was another great stay. Thank you!

Everything was super smooth. They sang Happy Anniversary to us. The only thing we can really complain about was the Tv didn’t show the picture on the screen and also the Toilet in the bathroom was loose. But overall the hotel and staff were amazing. Definitely will be stay here again in the future

Had to leave early due to bad snow storm however the place could use a renovation the bed especially was very warn out and broke down mattress staff was great even though they couldnt check us out early as they werent shown by their boss on how to check people out so the lady said she will have her boss check us out when he arrives.

Room wasn’t ready or clean at 3pm. Cold water didn’t work on the hot tub to cool it down. Ice machine at the hotel didn’t work. The employee at the check in did great to help. No knock on him. He did the best he could with what he was given.
