We requested early check in (which was approved and a $40 charge). We arrived at 1:30 and waited almost 30 minutes before the room was clean and available for us to access. The smoke alarm was also malfunctioning and chirping 3 times every 15 minutes or so. A couple next door came in at 1 am very loudly and we could hear every word they were saying, the walls are very thin
The staff was nice and responsive to the issues at hand.
