Our stay was quite awful. I read reviews and assumed we'd be staying our one night at a decent enough budget-friendly place. The place is outdated and felt unclean. We also were woken in the middle of the night by someone agressively banging on our neighbours door. The glass got shattered, there was screaming, and the person ran to a running car and fled. The police arrived shortly after. This is not the hotels fault; however, it was awful and scary that, in combination with the state of the room made experience horrible.

Don’t pay for an upgraded room, it’s just a standard room lol. There is no “premium bedding” or snacks 🙃 The AC sounded like water was sloshing around in it the whole time and the bed was really stiff. It works if you’re passing through, but not for a couple nights stay

Parking was a lil rough at times. Rooms were outdated and musty. I had a continuous hum coming from my bathroom. AC was mediocre, lil loud. There was a Band-Aid that was left over the peephole. No microwave in the room, and the beds were not that comfy.

I take my son and his friend on 2 trips a year, spring break and summer. I prefer to go with cheaper hotels and spend more money on experiences. Im not overly critical of cheaper hotels as i don't set my expectations too high. This hotel is bad though. First, i feel like a lot of places are slapping "plus" at the end of their name to draw you in. This is no "plus" hotel. Unless they're counting the $40 barely cold mini fridge in the room. Upon arrival we discovered that the toilet is made for toddlers. After fighting to get the bathroom door closed (it hit the toilet as you're closing the door). Im not overly tall, but this toilet was very short. There were tiny roaches in the room. Im a floridian, so that wasn't too big of a deal- until i discovered they were there because the room hadn't really been cleaned well. Counters were sticky, trash still in the bin, etc. I had already looked around before booking the room so i was resigned to this is the room that fit my budget at the time so i just cleaned the room myself. We're going to be gone all day and just sleeping there- it is what it is. We came back to the room around 10 pm the first night and it was like a homeless person hangout spot by our room. People smoking pot 2 doors down, people sitting on the ground on the 2nd floor smoking whatever above us. Stomping and yelling in the room above us. Weird smells. Definitely lock your doors! Im out of room and can't even add the drug overdose experience to this review 😮‍💨

Booked due to needing a hotel that was pet friendly. Pool was closed. Refrigerator in the room was broken. Patchy repairs and rust on a lot of the bathroom hinges. Shower leaked. Property needs some updates. Booked a 2 queen room and got 2 full beds. Most likely would not book again. Pictures of the property are extremely misleading.

First off, I got a non-smoking room. Entered my room, straight smelled like someone recently finished smoking in the room. Looked around, HORRIBLE chipped walls, the door was NOT secured properly, thought I was going to freak out when I noticed spiders and baby roaches in the bathroom!!! Before I took my shower, I've noticed there was a previous USED rag hanging on the shower rod!!!! I slept in my morning work clothes... It was uneasy to sleep because I was solo and I didn't want to waste my money!!! From my perspective of this nasty MOTEL, I would not recommend anyone to this place!!! Plus when I was parking, there were black foreign people watching me and I stepped in dog feces which was UNACCEPTABLE!!! No one should ever have to experience what I have experienced.. I had to buy new shoes for work because of other people pet's feces!!!! I SHOULD SUE RED ROOF FOR NOT HAVING A STABLE, CLEAN, SAFE ENVIRONMENT YET UNDER BUSINESS OF MY SAFETY!! NEVER AGAIN

TV didnt work. I had to fix it myself after calling front desk andcthey said they would get their person to take care of it. The bed sucked ass. Mattress really needed to be replaced. The pillows so damn small and hard as a rock. The floor was dirty when you walked barefoot, bottom of feet were black. The batrroom is very tiny.

The front desk girl was great very sweet and fast ! Once we got to the room it looked ok from the surface . This inn was really cheap so we didn’t expect much BUT when we went to shower and grab a towel the towels were all dirty with stains . The after only being there 30 min I noticed my kids feet were pitch black ! So no one has cleaned those floors in a longggg time . Lastly the people next door were smoking non stop and the smell was coming in through the door . We have 2 little kids and didn’t want them inhaling that . After that we picked up our things and left to look for another hotel .

Room very deteriorate, dirty even the bed sheets; no room service. Ice machine doesn't work; vending machine doesn't work neither; when is the only eating source they have in the property. Honestly very disappointed with this property. I was there at 2 pm; but the from desk just told me; I have to way until 3 pm; no even give me your phone number to let you know. I don't like this property.

The rooms at this hotel are extremely unhygienic. The floors were so dirty that my feet turned black just from walking from the bed to the bathroom. The towels had visible yellow stains, and the room smelled terrible from the moment we walked in. The air conditioning barely worked and struggled to keep the room cool. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking room, the guests next door to another room we had rented since we were a big group the guest next to that room were smoking heavily, and the smell completely filled the room. When we complained and asked to be moved especially since we are asthmatic we were told it wasn’t possible. This was a very unpleasant experience. I will not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The staff was nice and the room was fine for one night. For some reason, the floor was very sticky, maybe because of the cleaning products used. And the hearing/AC unit was very loud, so we turned it off at night. We just spent one night, so it was OK.
