The bath towels were dirty or had permanent stains on them. The foot mat was stained on both sides. There was what looked like literally a bloody booger on the wall in the bathroom about 6.5 ft up the wall. The toilet seat wasn't secured too well to the toilet. Was not offered or told of any WIFI. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here in 9 months. Totally opposite of the first time.
