Staff were wonderful, however, upstairs noise until 2 am was unnecessary. Traveling in school leagues should be roomed downstairs further away from other nightly guests. I can’t even begin to explain what an inconvenience. It was not to be able to sleep all night. We did get a partial comp. But essentially our trip home was miserable from lack of sleep. The room needs extra cleaning and TLC. Please see photos.

Carpet dirty. Bathroom floor very dirty. Tub/shower faucet very difficult to open. Staff instructed to “pull like you’re going to break it” which was too difficult for my 77 year old mother-in-law”. I could barely open it. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking was convenient right outside the room. Bed was comfortable.
