3/2026. avoid this place for a few months! property under renovation so there us trash and construction equipment everywhere. storage containers and furniture all over the parking lot that you have to navigate through. door to my room was “sticky” and hard to open. there was a used soda cup on top of the closet. not a big deal, but that telks me the cleaning staff is not paying attention. what really burns me is they charge full price for an incomplete hotel!

Staff was courteous. She was able to upgrade us to a 1st floor room. Room was clean. Shower was great. Comfortable bed. It was strange that there was no place in the room to hang clothes and coats. There was only 1 towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels for 2 guests. Had to go to desk for more. There was an iron but no ironing board. Hotel is undergoing a restoration.

Room was horrible had maggots in it. When I went to front desk they did get me into another room. But when I asked for a partial refund they said they wouldn’t do that but I paid 400$ for one night and the room I had was absolutely disgusting even the upgraded room had mold in it under the sink. It was not okay plus the lady was so rude to me on the phone. And I had gone down to see my sick mother.

Room was just remodeled and Nicely upgraded from my previous stay. Had issue with shower hot water. My daughter took a shower first and took a cold shower “she didn’t say anything” I go in next and the waters not getting hot at all. I yell out to my daughter and ask if she had hot water she said no. I slowly shut it off and it gets hot. Valve was plumbed backwards. When I went to check out I told the desk about it. She said they already knew about it. “Thanks for letting me know when I checked in”
