First Utah trip

I was visiting as part of "The Chosen" background cast and had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was clean and nice. The room however was next to the side entrance and it was noisy at times. Other than that I had a great time.

Best staff around

Stayed one night and I would say the staff is what made the stay a very positive experience. Tyler from the front desk was super accommodating, he was super flexible with different things and really made our stay great. Antwon was the chef for our breakfast and he was super nice to our girls.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast attendant, Antoine (sp?), was amazing. He was very attentive and friendly. He was the best part of our stay.

Condom wrapper in couch cushions

Would've gave a higher rating if i didn't find a bleeping condom wrapper in the couch cushion. Apparently whoever stayed in the room had a ton of "fun". So much " fun" they left puddles of it on the couch and bench! One of the towels that was folded up in the bathroom had a shoe print on it. Whomever cleaned apparently stepped on the towel and just decided that the next guests were cool with using a dirty towel. The gentleman who checked us in obviously hates his job with every fiber of his being. I asked how his day was going and his response was a eye roll and sigh. That's definitely how you make customers feel welcome let me tell you. The only person who deserves a positive review was the gentleman doing the continental breakfast. The rooms have been renovated, they actually provided comfortable pillows and the bed was soft. This hotel has potential but bad customer service and lack of cleaning really bring the quality down.

I did not like the fact that there was no elevator available, I travel with my elderly parents and our luggage's were big and I had to bring them all up the stairs.... Secondly, check in clerk lacked customer service and good hospitality!

Room size amazing

First impression was not good. Clerk was not very engaging. When told the men’s bathroom was clogged he commented he had meant to put an out of order on the door. Four hours later men’s bathroom in the lobby was still clogged with no sign. Room size was awesome, clean and comfortable. Heater repeatedly went on and off all night. Would return.

The lady at the front desk looks like she is currently using drugs. Said the entire motel was booked and made us check in to a room upstairs when we had a baby stroller and tons of luggage with no elevator. We entered our room and the heat was blasting and it smelled gross. One of the chair recliners had a questionable white stain on it. Everything felt so dirty and gross.

Staff friendly and engaging. I appreciate properties that cater to dog owners. Property provides stations at either end for dog owners and their pets to do their business. Sadly I found both stations overflowing with used bags. To the point guests were leaving garbage and bags on the ground. Appears property owners hadn’t cleaned the area in days. Because of this I feel some dog owners apparently did not care to pick up after their dogs. Sad to say the property should probably not allow dogs until they have a better plan in place. On the other hand I found my room clean and comfortable.
