Staff was super nice and hospitable. They went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a great experience. We had issues with the rooms, one ac was broken, the second was super small with broken shower head. They kindly transferred us into a 3 room. Also let us have breakfast earlier since we had an early flight. Hotel is pretty, breakfast was a plus. Location is great. A lot to see nearby, lots of shops and restaurants. We even walked to galata tower☺️

The hotel has a small pool with sauna facilities and a roof terrace and a beautiful covered garden area off of reception. The staff are always smiling and any issues were sorted straight away. The breakfast is simple and fresh with everything you need and there are some extras at €3 I thought that was responsible. When I go back to Istanbul I will stay here it has two parks front and back, where there’s a large supermarket and beautiful garden cafe.

Elegant old vintage hotel with nice Hamam.

Old hotel on a quiet street close to the water with an elegant vintage feel and velvet couches. The Hamam and sauna was a highlight for us; small but nice.The staff was friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to the Sultanahmet tram. Overall would recommend for the price we paid in off season March.

Close to the blue Mosque, Aya Sofiya Cistern and Grand bazaar. Do need to take taxi to Bosphoros. Good cheap dining - staying close to other areas the costs are more for everything!

Old hotel with old photos!

The rooms in the photos are of the best rooms they have. Double / twin rooms are VERY small. Most rooms were refurbished with cheap materials: the bed boards you see in photos exists in half the rooms, the once wooden floor are now made of paper. Also, both saunas were not working. And, the receptionist lied there were no more rooms available to show when the hotels site was showing 8.

Great Hotel

Wonderful hotel in a great location. 10 mins walk from Blue Mosque and in the opposite direction 10 mins from Kumkapi district and its abundance of restaurants. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Good sized room and clean - recommend the Marmara Suite. Excellent view over the Marmara Sea. Water, tea and coffee replenished daily. Air con worked well. Bed very comfy, had a good nights sleep. Pool was on the small side, but all I needed after a day playing tourist, along with steam room and sauna. Staff very friendly and efficient. Well organised hotel. On the day I was checking out my suitcase failed, hotel staff helped me try to fix it and after having quickly got a new suitcase make sure I was ready for the lift to the airport. Booked a day trip through the hotel, no issues. Breakfast was plentiful, ample choice. The usual continental options and some Türkiye specific (which changed daily). Some hot options that also changed. A lot of the booking sites (including hotels.com) advertised the hotel as having a bar and restaurant, it does not. However the hotel are OK with you bringing in Beer and takeaway food brought locally and consumed on the rooftop terrace or garden. They also have a room service arrangement with a local restaurant - didn't use this. The Terrace had excellent views over the Marmara Sea and up towards the Blue Mosque. Walked everywhere, there's a steep hill up to the Grand Bizaar and then down the other side towards the Spice Bizarre
