Parking lot is snow plowed completely. Advertising in lobby gives lots to do in the area and surrounding states. Close to Spokane Valley and gas is very cheap

First off the people running it were awesome! But as far as house cleaning, we had to ask for our room to get cleaned(don't know why, but when housekeeping cleaned it, she did an amazing job)! We did not get a restock of any toiletries at all! The people are super nice and respectful, but its lacking in initiative!!!
