My mother especially loved this cute boutique hotel. We both loved the location! We especially loved that the room came with coffee and lime biscuits. Bed was comfy, TV was great size to zone out to. We would definitely return!

This was a very good budget option. A clean, comfortable room with everything we needed even a little fridge. Daily cleaning and lovely fresh towels. Really nice staff. It is in an area with supermarkets and cheap bars but you do need to walk to go to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Spacious room and modern bathroom with a seperate shower as well as a bath. There was an electric jug and coffee and tea making facilities which we really appreciated as this was not common in Spain. The receptionist gave us a map and advised us places to go which was helpful too.

The only thing that kept me from posting 5stars in all the review was that the street signs around the property are not too visible, a couple of mosquitoes were in the room, and a couple of the throw pillows should be discontinued. Other than that, it was very good. Clean, close to a lot of things, nice amenities, and staff was very agreeable.

The hotel is right by Puerta del Sol which is very central and easy to get to and around. The location is great…… except…….the NOISE. The street noise seems amplified, as though people are in your room. The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The door buzzer is out of control loud. You hear the door slam closed whenever anyone leaves, every single time. It was borderline unbearable. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones it was that bad.

Pas de parking contrairement à l'annonce, (22 euros et à 100 m à pied), pas d'ascenseur (2 étages), télé uniquement en basque et en espagnol, non castable (= vieille), une odeur diffusée partout très suave mais désagréable. A réserver aux moins de 30 ans en bonne santé voulant éviter l'auberge de jeunesse
