The room itself was pretty dingy and dark. The shower didnt give hot water (barely warm), the power strip on the night table didnt work, and the coffee pot also didnt work. Luckily, we only used the room to sleep. The pet areas were great, spacious and inviting.

The room was run down, bugs on the floor, the sheets were moist from the moisture in the room, the coffee maker and phone were broken, the hi/med/low on the AC didn’t work. Tried to cancel the second night and they gave us the run around and tomatoes wouldn’t let us cancel. Terrible service.
