Location is in the very heart of the historic center, yet it is quiet and relaxing. People are amazing: from front desk, to breakfast to cleaning crew. Great boutique hotel in the heart of historic dist

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Hotel poem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was not so comfortable but the overall feel of this boutique hotel made up for it. The hotel is nicely located on a quiet street but only one block from many restaurants and very close to major attractions. Highly recommend hotel poem
