My car broke down on the interstate a few hours south. Hotels.com attempted to get a refund on my stay, however, the hotel staff were hard to reach and originally unaccommodating to the electronic request. Never had a chance to make it to the property and stayed stuck in TN for 3 nights with no word from either company. I was promised by the Hotels.com agent that someone would be in contact but never received a call back or an email.

I haven't smoked in 53 years, as soon as I walked in the lobby the smoke smell was overwhelming. It smelled down the hallway and horrible in the room. I was short of breath this morning. My room smelled like vomit, the bathroom smelled like pee, I couldn't take a shower. The body wash dispenser was empty. There were no cups. No coffee maker. Worst stay ever anywhere!!! Please don't respond with your AI generated reply. I looked at some earlier reviews and no improvements have been taken.

This is a suitable choice for a budget hotel. It’s a Super 8 with a pool that was enjoyed by my kids and offered breakfast. Not a huge selection but has a waffle maker, toaster, and had biscuits and gravy. The room was clean. It does have smoking rooms so the smell is prevalent but the non smoking rooms are just fine. The hallways are the area that it is most noticeable. If you be a get pass that, it’s well worth the price.

Very polite & accomodating staff. Bed was comfortable and facilities were quiet. Breakfast was a meagre offering. Room was just OK for cleanliness. Shower cycled hot and cold. Serious drawback!! Just didn’t meet our expectation for a Super 8. Won’t return to this property

It smelled like smoke as I walked into the lobby and down the hallway too. The room smelled a little off/not clean, but the bathroom definitely smelled of urine. There was a pair of balled up socks in the corner of the room. Thankfully the beds were ok, but we bring our own pillows. We did not use the shower.

Upon checking in the reception told us they didn’t have the room we originally booked which was a king size bed room for 2 people. She said they only had rooms with 2 beds or a suite with a king size bed but we had to pay extra. I told her I wanted the room I reserved and payed for. She said she could call her manager but never did, instead she insisted on switching our reservation. I was tired and didn’t want to argue so we just got the 2 beds, which were very small and uncomfortable to sleep in. Very disappointed with this situation. Breakfast is limited and it’s pretty much the same breakfast items daily. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom door had chipped wood. Although we had a non smoking room, it smelled like cannabis the whole time we were there. The pool was closed the day we got there, they opened the pool the next day but the water was too cold to get in. Left disappointed.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was great parking was fine but wish the pool was open because it was temporarily closed. I basically wanted to stay there cause they had the indoor pool but I hope they have it open next time.
