The rooms were clean but they didn’t have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave in the rooms. We had leftovers but couldn’t take them because we couldn’t keep them cool or heat them up. The staff was wonderful though!! Hi praise there!! The AC during the heat of the day struggled to keep the room cool but by 10 pm it was cool enough to sleep comfortably.

The stay was terrible. We asked for a handicap room. It was handicapped but at the end of two long hallways with 54 rooms each. The elevator didn't work so we had climb 2 flights of stairs. The breakfast was not sufficient, cereal but no milk. Dry scrambled eggs and sausage which we could not eat. THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING HERE.

Building is old and not well maintained. Room was ok hallways in need of a good cleaning. Was told there were two elevators. The first one didn't work and had to walk to the opposite end for the other. When we walked back to the other end on our floor our room key didn't work. They gave us another room on the first floor with 2 beds instead of one like we wanted.

They moved me to another room and I still had bugs and stuff on the room. The staff never called me back after they talked to the manager to let me know if I would get compensated. My shower leaked the entire time I was there. Someone came to fix it and never came back. I really feel I deserve a refund
