We love The Palms. It’s spacious, quiet and private. It gives you an opportunity to cook/prepare food in your condo rather than going out to eat every day. BBQ’s are meticulously maintained and located throughout the property. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of Kihei and the Shopps of Wailea.

Love the location. It was large enough for my family of 6 to relax and be comfortable. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The unit we were in the rugs were stained and worn out and could stand to be replaced or cleaned. The patio area was nice although I wish it was cleaned up from tree debris. We got in late and I appreciated that it was easy entry and the lamps were left on so we could see. I would hesitate to stay again only due to the beds that felt like a pull out couch.

OVERALL UNIT WE WERE IN WAS AVERAGE. IT DEFINITELY WAS TIRED AND NEEDED SOME UPGRADES. TVS / FURNITURE ECT. WERE OLD! BACK PATIO LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN DEEP CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME. THERE WAS NO A/C ANYWHERE BUT IN THE BEDROOM WHICH MADE BEING ANYWHERE IN THE UNIT UNCOMFORTABLE. IF I HAD THE OPTION WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN ID HAVE TO SAY NO!
