Unfortunately… this is probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and they were unwilling to fix their own issues. Beds were BEYOND disgusting and furniture in the rooms were broken. I usually never leave reviews because I can tolerate a lot. Did not stay in the hotel my entire family left (they did not give a refund) and we went to a much better hotel that was only about 2 miles down the road. Would not recommend this hotel.

This is the worst and most disgusting hotel I've ever been in period. We didn't even stay the night. We left..They even tried a second room and it was worse than the 1st . I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back. But they're not being very helpful.

When I got there I think I ‘woke’ the front desk person. The room was filthy - the floor was gross, sticky and had stains from things spilled. The bedspread had burn holes. When I pulled it back the sheet was dirty. I was afraid I was going to see bed bugs! And lastly, there were no towels.

This place was infested with roaches. The moment i walked in the front door they began scattering up the walls. The bathroom was the worst place. I found pieces of weed and blunts on the floor. Burn markings in the sheets and blankets. Also pieces of food by the microwave and refrigerator. The microwave had roaches crawling out from underneath of it when i opened the door of it. any amount is too much for this room that was unclean with a major roach infestation.

There were roaches and mold throughout the room. There wasn’t a coffee pot as stated in the amenities. I went to the front office several times to get more toilet paper to have no response from them. The room smelled of pot when we walked in and I had to spray everything down to make sure it was sanitized.

have been a customer at this location for many business/leisure trips. This stay was horrible. When we checked into the location, I had to sanitize and clean the room because its never at standard. This time was worse. Myself and other customers checked in and there was blood all over the mattress cover and sheets. I requested new linen and changed the bedding order to meet sanitary standard. The next day there was a roach infestation. Per my request the room was sprayed but that made them worse. I checked out and requested a partial refund but it was denied. I am all for supporting smaller businesses but this location definitely needs to better.

Uneasy Stay

The room I was in this time, was a little bit better than the last trip. Only issue I had was when I entered the room, I didnt have no wash cloths so I could shower. There was no phone in the room, the wifi didn't work, even though the lady up from gave me a password for it. The lady at the front desk, tried to charge me $5 for the room key, which is not stated on the advertisement. I understand keys don't get returned like they should and you have to do something about it, but don't charge someone for the key at first, if they don't return it after there stay, then deduct it off of there bank card when they leave. There were cigarette burn holes in my blanket and sheets that where on the bed I was in, even though it was suppose to be a Non-Smoking room. The second night I stayed I had to go recharge my room key, because it wouldnt let me in the room, which I understand if you put it near your phone it will loose its command, but the key was in my wallet in my back pocket, and my phone was in my front pocket. Other than that everything else was fine.

The staff was very nice. The floor had stains in the vinyl and the faucet in the bathroom needed repair. Overall, the room needed to be renovated. It was quiet and we slept well, but we probably would not return.

Dirty and unkept!!!

Room wasn’t clean dead water bugs mattress stain microwave wasn’t working floor buckled in some places tv remote wouldn’t turn on tv I could go on on on spoke with a housekeeper she said owner don’t care about the cleanness of the rooms just do the necessities and get out basically so he don’t have to pay them the time of cleaning the room.. My family and I will not rerun to Cypress ie lemon tree ie Baymont inn TERRIBLE

This place should be shutdown. Extremely nasty. The rooms are filthy. The mattresses have a verity of stains on them. I’m sure few of the stains is blood. It was so bad. Health department was called. The lady working the deck was helpful at first but seemed to get unset because of the complaints. I understand this place isn’t a five star motel but there’s no way this should be open for business.

Roach infested, the air conditioner did work or cool the room, the furniture cloth was molded & dirty. The water in the bathroom had no pressure not even enough to shower. Recommend Expedia remove this property from its list immediately. Worse property i have ever experienced from Expedia
