I have stayed at two different locations before this one CO & AZ and this was the worst by far. It was way overcrowded and the fact that you have to pay for parking each day for your stay is ridiculous. also half the tubes did not work on the large slides more than half the time.

Deep pockets is a must!

This place is pricey, and there is a lot going on for the family all day long. The sofa bed is not comfortable. All workers are very friendly and helpful. Parking is expensive.

My reservation at 4 pm & we are arrived 3.30 pm after check in we are waiting for room we have a reservation 2 family room & we have a request our room is side by side but we got one room 5 pm & another room at 6 pm & it’s not close. we are check in not on time but check out on time no extension for late check in But guests service is really good my guest service again her name is Elizabeth R she is a great & she try make us our stay is comfortable & my family is enjoy everything & she is a great.

The water park is definitely the main attraction for our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. The Lodge is also close to Costco, so we were able to grab inexpensive food just short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Fun place but don’t plan on sleeping

We took our kids here for the first time . They had a blast. The place was big and full of people . We spent three days . Our first two nights were not great. It was so loud and there was a group Of kids yelling and screaming in front of our door at 1am. We called the front desk twice and they said they’d have security come up. They never did . Then the next night a female and her daughter ina screaming match at 2am in front of our door .. it was just a very restless sleep . We left early .
