The property is super cleaned and they service the rooms daily. The elevator was not working. AC is only in the rooms. Cindy the receptionist was super kind and helpful. She made the difference during my stay. Overall, it's a nice place.

We booked for a combination of location, price, and amenities. It's a nice hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable including the beds. Breakfast was included in our booking but as I noticed on reviews elsewhere beforehand, it did turn out to be light with just fruit, toast, coffee and juice so anyone accustomed to a larger breakfast would want to supplement with additional items they have available for purchase (i.e. eggs).

Un lugar bonito y estratégico dentro de mis necesidades en ese momento, todo muy limpio, el desayuno continental rico y suficiente (café, leche, cereal, pan y tres tipos diferentes de frutas, mantequilla y mermelada) desafortunadamente le tocaba mantenimiento a la alberca y no pudimos entrar pero el jardín es bonito, el estacionamiento en pequeño y un poco difícil de maniobrar, no tiene elevador (solo tiene 2 pisos) pero puede ser una pequeña limitante por si algún huésped tiene dificultades motoras. Lo recomiendo!

Reservamos por dos noches, aunque anteriormente nos habíamos hospedado ahí varias veces sin ningún problema. Hemos visto que el hotel decayó un poco; las camas están duras y la habitación que nos dieron tenía colchas que se notaban algo empolvadas; la limpieza en general es buena. Otro detalle es que el desayuno (que es cortesía), en recepción nos dijeron que si desabamos proteínas o alguna otra cosa era costo extra (que por nosotros no había problema) pero no hay alguien que atienda directamente el bufette, además tienes que levantar tus platos y llevarlos a la cocina que tienen, donde pudimos observar fruta algo echada a perder.
