Location is very good , so many food outlets around , location is great, very close to metro stations and bus transport. However become noisy in the morning due to heavy traffic in close vicinity. Hotel , room was very small, the private bathroom was small and cramped, the bath area was elevated and risky for older people because of tub slope . Receptionists we met from time to time , one female and two males, were very nice and supportive, very helpful and speak and understand English well. Keeping in view the low budget hotel , I will rank the hotel excellent for its location and staff , however for room itself is good , and the washroom was average.

The room was spacious enough for three single beds which is a big plus compared to other hotels we have stayed in! The balcony was a nice addition, but the road was quite noisy so it wasn’t possible to have the door open at night - and there was no air conditioning so it would have been very hot in summer. The bathroom was tiny, but clean. The breakfast was great- croissants, baguettes, toast, cereal.

Checked in on late notice as flight cancelled. Paid 1450 AUD for two nights in a quad room. Room had no air con and 2 fans to cool down same. Could hardly sleep cause room was so hot. Breakfast was croissant, bread, spreads, cereals and coffee. Nothing available for my gluten intolerant wife. Great area to stay however hotel is vastly overpriced l.

A good stay to an affordable price. Nice staff and good french breakfast. The neighbourhood is ethnic with many ethnic restaurants around Boulv. de Strassburg. Close to Canal Sct. Martin are french restaurants. Close to Metro line 4, which takes you across Paris from Montmartre via Les Halles and Louvre to around Montparnasse.

Staff and service was great. Hotel was in easy walking distance from the train station. Lots of cafes restaurants and bars nearby. Expect a little noise at night as the area has a good amount of people on the streets. Was very easy to get to public transportation.

The hotel was great value for money and the staff were great. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back and indeed did on a few occasions. The only negative is the area outside particularly as you head towards chateau d'eau metro does not appear safe. We used gare d'lest despite being a little further away.

Very easy checkin, very polite guy, however the hotel was full and although advertised as a city view, would have expected at least a street view. My window facec a wall and at a stretch ie stretching out the window I could see other back windows of other rooms, no city!
