To this hotel because it had an indoor pool and I was excited to let my kids swim in the winter, but the pool was not usable because the heating element was not working. Super bummer for the kids.

The whole room smells of old urine,the hallways carpet is absolutely disgusting and the breakfast cook handles the bacon with her bare hands Customers wait behind employees filling take home plates and actually grabbed biscuits to eat with their bare hands after they were set out for customers,the Manager was inept and nobody deserves to have to stay here.Mold in the shower and all amenities were closed.
