The staff was helpful, check in was smooth, and there was lots of security. It was a close drive and a manageable walk to the arch. Our only issue was that our room keys stopped working several times, but the staff quickly resolved the issue each time.

Great

Check in was quick and simple, room was large and clean. Car park was constantly monitored by security so felt very safe leaving our hire car parked. The indoor pool was clean with plenty of fresh towels for use. The hotel and casino is an easy 20minute walk over to the beautiful Arch National Park and city of St Louis. Wish we had the time of I stay longer

Nice stay

It was close to everything I was looking to do. Had some good food options found at the Casino. The room carpet was stained and a few of the lights did not work but the bed and TV were fine. The bathroom was clean and the showers water flow was great. They even provide a shuttle to the hockey or baseball stadium on game days. They have a gym that is not busy. Overall, a nice stay.

Open the Breakfast Room Already, You Have One

This was our sixth time staying, the carpets need replacing or at least cleaned. Mattresses are a bit wore out. Front desk was nice and polite. Casino and tram was a plus.And open your breakfast room, nothing near buy for breakfast.

Don't stay unless it is a comp room!

Non-functioning floor lamp and associated plug-in; noisy wall unit heating fan; burn marks on carpet; shower curtain would not stay closed for showering; no coffee and no sugar in coffee room in morning (and horrible strong coffee when finally prepared). The only positives were the close proximity to St. Louis venues and casino next to hotel. Never stay again!

Well worth the time and money

Stayed here for a conference that was in downtown St. Louis and it was so easy to get around where I needed to be. The train station is within a couple minute walk and in a great spot to be picked up by a Lyft. Rooms were super comfortable, spacious, and fairly quiet. Service was impeccable and they have security 24/7.

The hotel is only ok. Our rooms were clean at least. World's smallest TV in the room, and all four of our rooms keys constantly had to be reprogrammed to the point where it became a running joke with our group to find whose card would actually get us into the room.

The stay was ok. It was convenient for my plans. The shower curtain was so bad that I had to keep adjusting while I was in shower. The shower head was not on properly so the bathroom got soaked. Found hair in sink. The a/c wasn’t working so the room was a hot box. Eventually they came and repaired it so it wasn’t too bad.

Great location age showing

Check in was difficult as they couldn’t check us in due to IT problem. Amazed they didn’t have an alternative plan in place to check us in. Only alternative was to leave and come back later. Got to the room and the. Use of the Gateway Arch was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was showing its age with worn curtains, holes in the carpet. The bathroom was horrible black mold on the walls and water stains on the floor. Location was convenient for the road trip we weee on for our one night stay. So much potential just need to take better cleaning care and plan to update.
