Maybe the shining light (of many) of this property is that the Metro rail line is almost right outside of the hotel door. It is really about a 5-7 minute walk away, and exceedingly convenient. I was able to take the Metro from the airport right to the hotel. I was not expecting that, and it made my stay so much easier...along with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The room was very clean and wonderful as was the lobby. Good security measure by making entrance to the hotel contingent on having a hotel room key at night. Same with entrance into the elevator. A really nice added bonus was the food available at the nearby casino. But really...having that rail line right next to the hotel was great and allowed me to not have to rent a car during my stay to St. Louis. I would not hesistate to stay here again.

Good price and clean - but the hotel is very warn. It needs a major renovation. Also EV charging is old style with no NACS (think Tesla) connectors. Tesla was the #1 selling car - 🚗 indicative of how outdated the hotel is. It’s a shame since it has a casino and is just across the river from the arch.

The casino and hotel are a bit dated but not terrible for the price. The shuttle to the Cardinals game was very nice and convenient. The parking stinks. I had to park very far from the hotel. The room was fine. The beds are a little firm for my taste but that's just personal preference. I've stayed here twice and would stay again but probably not for more than one or two nights.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casino Queen Hotel. The room was clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly. Biggest complaint would be the ac was a little loud but not enough to interrupt sleep. Close to metro. Would stay here again

Poor a** hotel, staff and service. Requested housekeeping twice it wasn’t done. Front desk didn’t have a solution when I mentioned it but to leave note for the next day. Not helpful at all. I had to go downstairs to pick up towels. Dirty a** room. Scratch up furniture. The pictures are deceiving. Stay away from this poor a** place.
