The rooms were hot and dirty. When asked to switch they accommodated the switch but the room was not good. There was hair the sink, the ironing board was broke, the iron was burnt, the safe did not work.

It was close to catching a cab or shopping. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room and they blamed it on the window in our room. We couldn’t use the tables down stairs to sit at and eat even tho there wasn’t a table or area in our room to do so. The reception wouldn’t call us a cab we had to walk down to the street. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work because they were burned out. No fridge in room or table and no iron. Remade our bed with the same dirty sheets every day that had spilled salsa on them from days before of not having a table in the room.

Habitaciones con alfombra, foco de suciedad, nadie pudo resolver una sola necesidad, Baños tapados, SIN AIRE FUNCIONAL, PESIMOOOO EN CADA ASPECTO, rentamos para dos noches y literal no pudimos ni con una sola noche, en el día a 35 grados la ciudad y el aire acondicionado “programado” según el personal a 28 grados, la solución que se nos dio, un ventilador .. en verdad nunca habíamos estado en un lugar tan deplorable. Regadera tapada, wc tapado, lavabo olía a drenaje, aire acondicionado “programado a 28 grados” literalmente terminamos enfermos de tanto polvo que levantó el ventilador de la alfombra, ni siendo la última opción volvería a ese “hotel”
