I would not stay here again - the shower felt like a prison shower. The room smelled like it was a smoking room, there were holes and stains in the hallway floor, the entire hallway smelled like pot smoke. If you don’t have the need to stay for the pet convenience, stay somewhere else.

😣 Assigned a ROOM where TV didn’t WORK ‼️ Asked staff for ASSISTANCE to get FUNCTIONAL, she had NO CLUE on how to HELP 😣 BREAKFAST below par, STAFF didn’t keep FOOD stocked, ( things were EMPTY - ORANGE JUICE was colored H2O ). There were NO TOWELS in pool/hottub area, had to ask staff for TOWELS ( gave us 2 small towels, could have used 4 ). ACCEPTED our PAYMENT tho without HESITATION ‼️

Right as we got in to check in the guy at the counter told us the fire place was down in our room which was ok we understood. The room was dirty prior to us getting there. There was urine on the step of the jacuzzi, mysterious sticky stains on the floor,side trim, and side tables, the tub took forever to drain and in front of the fridge was mysterious stains and specks of something. Found food and trash that wasent from us behind a side table. Remote came with a peeling off piece of duct tape with complimentary pieces of hair that wasent ours. In the listing it said sound proof walls but definitely was not accurate. Heard people having a party all night. Bed was comfy though and customer service wasent bad.

Heat didn’t work when temperatures were -15. Pull out couch was listed, there was not a pull out couch, fireplace listed that did not work, exposed electrical wires, bed was not made nice, originally booked a king suite with jetted tub, called day before stay to upgrade to 2 queen beds as we had another person coming with last minute, lady I talked to said no big deal we can update that right away, got there to check in and only had the listed “king suite” above. Staff offered a 2 queen bed but with no heat at all as real feel outside with windchill was -30 to -40.

Room 113 has a chair and ottoman in the room with a couple large, nasty looking stains on them. I wouldn't sit on it if I were paid. You'd be much further ahead not even having a chair in the room. I had a handicapped accessible shower which is fine, but the shower head was broken so you have to hold the head with one hand while trying to shower with the other. Surely someone else has said something. At least the rest of the room and more importantly the bed, was clean.

It was interesting that upkeep seems minimal and the hallway carpet was stained red in one area with a small hole in the floor. The pool bathroom was dirty with towels on the floor and waterbugs and never got cleaned while we were there. You had to request pool towels at the desk. Only 2 bathtowels provided per room and one hand towel.
