Stayed here as was attending the EAiE conference . Checked in late and next day. No house keeping was done on my room. When I asked why I was told I had to ask for it the day before . I then asked for it and room was cleaned but no towels provided .Again I asked for these but never provided. Quite disappointed for the rate paid . Good location though

Would not recommend

The only positive aspect of my stay was the view. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. There was no room service, no fridge, and not even a phone in the room to contact the front desk, which was very disappointing. My shower had mold, and both bedside tables were worn out and in poor condition. Another frustration was the bed setup—Scandic doesn’t seem to offer queen or king options. Even in my “premium” room, I had two double beds pushed together, which is impractical unless you’re traveling with someone else. On top of that, the sofa bed in my room was broken. With so many better hotel options in the surrounding area, I cannot recommend this property.

El desayuno durante el fin de semana demasiado lleno, deberían controlar bien el turno reservado. La habitación de juegos para niños era espectacular. Nos moríamos de frío en verano y, viajando con un bebé de 1 año, todo lo que hicieron fue ofrecernos un calefactor (que funcionaba de maravilla, todo hay que decirlo), pero no podíamos controlar la temperatura de la habitación nosotros mismos ni desde recepción, por ser la misma temperatura para todo el hotel
