Was good location for my conference. Just a bit awkward location from sydhaven station- but close enough. Not much in terms of restaurants around but room was spacious; water pressure was good. Breakfast options were great! Just annoying that they don’t have self checkout and I had to wait a while bec there was only one person at the desk at checkout time which is quite unreasonable. Was stuck for 15 min behind someone- had to rush to catch the s train.

The hotel was nicer compared to the other options, but the air conditioning did not work well; the hotel was run down and in need of repair; stepping into the bathtub felt very unsafe without having a Stool to step on, and the bathroom is a bit tight. The staff is very nice and the restaurant food options are satisfactory. The rooms are pretty soundproof. I stayed in the master suite.

Clean room with good bed. Early check has become a way to get more money. It is not anymore about having the room ready. The shower area in bathroom was ridiculous with two doors creating a corner. Highly unpractical.

Rigtig mange gæster på hotellet denne gang. Fik det værelse vi havde ønsket. Morgenmadsrestaurenten var meget fyldt og der var ikke særlig rent, personalet bør være opmærksom på mad og væske på gulvet.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für unseren Besuch in Kopenhagen: Das Hotel liegt super geschickt in Kopenhagen (man erreicht es gut mit dem Auto und ist Vorort mit dem Fahrrad schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super lecker und reichhaltig.

Blev indlogeret på et værelse med ekstrem støj fra et tilstødende linnedrum. Da jeg oplyste receptionen om det ved sovetid blev jeg fortalt at de godt viste det, og jeg fik et nyt værelse. For dårligt at få et værelse som de godt ved ikke er muligt at sove i.

Hotellet var rent og hadde gode senger. Badet var dessverre iskaldt, og det knirket mye i gulvet. TV-en var fastmontert på veggen, så det var ikke mulig å koble til Chromecast eller annet utstyr. Vi fikk rom lengst unna heisen, noe som ikke er ideelt for pensjonister – det burde vært mulig å få rom nærmere heisen ved innsjekk. Alt i alt et greit opphold, men noen ting kan forbedres.
