The Scandic Uplandia is around 10 minute walk from Upplsala railway station. The rooms are reasonably large with a good bathroom and shower. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold options. There is also a gym and sauna. The gym is quite small, but everything was in good working order. Overall, an excellent hotel, which was also very good value.

Das Hotel ist, was die Zimmer betrifft, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im vorderen Bereich kann es durch die Ausrichtung in die Innenstadt auch manchmal etwas lauter werden. Das ist auf der anderen Seite aber auch ein Vorteil des Hotels, durch seine zentrale Lage ist man sehr schnell an allen Attraktionen der Innenstadt und auch wunderbar durch den Haupt- und Busbahnhof angebunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreiche und auch für Menschen, die sich gluten-, laktosefrei oder vegan ernähren mit vielen alternativen ausgestattet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit weshalb wir uns durchgehend sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Bra centralt men högljutt på helgen

Bra och nära hotell i centrala Uppsala. Negativt var möjlighet till parkering. Det finns två parkeringsgarage precis i närheten men att få betala 300 respektive 250 kr från kväll till morgon fre-sön är inte så roligt för plånboken. Fick ett rum med fönster mot gatan där entrén är vilket störde sömnen då musikspelare bilar och glada människor hördes under natten. Både fredag och lördag.

Svårt att tro att det ingår i Scandic kedja.

Slitet hotell. Svårt att känna igen som "Scandic standard" komfort. Mycket buller från karaokebaren mitt emot och trafiken utanför trotts närheten av gångtrafikzon. Mycket bra frukost. Ointresserad personal i receptionen men väldig duktig och tillmötesgående personal i restaurangen.
