Ao chegar no dia 13/03, cerca de quatro horas antes do horário de check-in, solicitei a possibilidade de deixar minha mochila no quarto enquanto saía para almoçar — uma prática comum em diversos estabelecimentos. Contudo, o pedido foi negado, e minha bagagem permaneceu na recepção. Durante o atendimento, a funcionária interrompeu minha solicitação para priorizar outra hóspede em saída, demonstrando falta de atenção e cortesia. Apenas após perceber meu desconforto, outro funcionário interveio e deu continuidade ao atendimento. No dia seguinte (14/03), ao descer para o café da manhã, fui abordado por uma funcionária informando que o serviço não estava incluído na minha reserva. Reconheço que, por ter realizado a reserva de última hora na região de Congonhas, esse detalhe pode ter passado despercebido. Ainda assim, trata-se de uma informação relevante que poderia ser comunicada com maior clareza no momento do check-in. Considerando o custo-benefício, há hotéis na mesma região, com valores inferiores, que oferecem serviços mais completos e um atendimento mais cordial. Ressalto que, apesar da boa estrutura física e localização, a postura da recepção — que aparenta, em alguns momentos, realizar juízo de val
