Really great service all around. We had booked a family suite before we need 3 beds and the sofa bed was broken so they have is another extra room at no charge. Zeyda was great and so was our waiter in the bar! Great margarita pizza there. Will definitely recommend! Thanks for a great 1 night stay before our flight home

Actually everything was pretty good. Staff were all friendly, parking is so practical, breakfast had a good selection, cleanliness is good too. The one thing that bothered me was the temperature in the room. It was just too warm and was not possible to cool down.

Das Personal, spricht kein Gutes Deutsch, schlechte kommunikation, dann hatten wir ein problem mit dem Zimmer,und musssten wechseln, aber war kein Problem. Die lagen ist gut gelegen direkt in der naehe der Autobahn.Uebers wochenende ist das Restaurant geschlossen. Also im Hotel zu Fruehstuecken oder abend essen nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Leider sind die Böden im Flur in einem katastrophalen Zustand und voller Flecken. Die Heizung im Zimmer hat leider nicht funktionieren so daß es sehr kalt im Zimmer war. Da wir erst spät abends ankamen und auch nur für eine Nacht zum schlafen da waren hat es uns nicht weiter gestört und wurde auch nicht von uns reklamiert.

Die Heizung ist defekt (kalt). Das warme Wasser hat ca.40°. Es gibt im gesamten Hotel nur Badewannen mit Duschbrause, wobei der Wasserdruck zu stark, im Brausekopf, gedrosselt ist. Das Expedia Portal gibt keine Bewertung oder Sonderwünsche ans Hotel weiter, das finde ich sehr Schade.
