Front desk staff very polite, well dressed, and took the time to explain certain policies. Room was clean and I was happy with the stay overall. I did have an older room neighbor that was hard of hearing and the noise from the tv travelled easily through the wall. The curtain was unable to be draw to blackout and allowed for quite a lot of light to enter. The bathroom had a musty odor from the shower curtain.

They had us booked on the second floor but o. Our reservation we had asked for second floor due to not being able to use the stairs. They switched us with no problem to a very close room to the from of the hall way. The room was exceptionally clean and check-in was very easy. The gentlemen checking ua in was very nice. We will be back again. This was one of the better hotels and exceptionally well kept hotels I have been in for a while. I was very pleased with our stay!
