Like many hotels in Athens they let us store our bags prior to check in which was great. But our check-in process wasn’t great. Something to note is that the hotel is run by the same people who run the cafe downstairs. We believe all of our issues came from having a really busy day at the cafe. We came for check in at 2:50pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. After an hour, my boyfriend went downstairs to check on the situation. Nothing had changed. At 4:15pm we saw someone come upstairs, change her shoes, put on an apron and left again. We took this as a good sign that the room was finally getting cleaned. At 5pm we were allowed into our room and told that the hot tub was being repaired so there would be a man on the balcony fixing it. We had plans at 6pm, so it was enough time to clean up and get ready. In great news, the hot tub was fixed upon our return but it took long to heat up so we couldn’t use the hot tub that night. It also seemed to still have sand in it from prior tenants. In general, the room was also not cleaned well. We aren’t super picky so we didn’t bring it up to the staff. We never ate at the cafe, but it looked good and is one of the few food places in the area. Not a great area to stay in, but being within walking distance of the Greece in Miniatures museum and the National Archaeological Museum was great! I should also mention they had a chilled bottle of champagne for us, fruit, and soda/water in the fridge which was a lovely touch.

Athens warehouse hotel was luxurious apartments with great service. Very central location, smiling and courteous staff. Fine breakfast every morning . Love the fresh baked croissants. The 24h coffee and bakery in the hotel is absolute gem, even at 3 am you can order pizza or salad. The super food there is also great concept. We love everything about the place. Safe, clean and happy people. Definitely will return and recommend to everyone.

Absolutely terrible and frightening. Be warned !!

All the reviews on this hotel are completely fake. Its a run down building in a scary rough part of Athens run by the mafia. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. Breakfast is served in a street cafe next door where you sit in the street where it is filthy dirty with homeless people hanging around. Dangerous as hell. We were told only to book anything through the bouncer at the front door. We were so scared that we left the next morning and forfeited two more days of stay we had prepaid for. Of course no refund. The taxi guy was nervous to drop us off outside the building and said to only get out on the right and close the door immediately please. I could go on for ages explaining this place but I simply warn you not to stay there. Hotels.com did nothing to assist when I complained, yet i spend thousands of £££ each year booking hotels through them.

Appartement correct mais petit...plus petit que la surface annoncée..la kitchenette est minuscule...pas de table et une seule chaise pour manger... c'est 2 chambres plutot qu'un appartement...l'ascenseur est petit. L'accueil est tres bien...le petit dejeuner est moyen. Ce n'est pas un buffet...c'est dans le bar au pied de l'hotel.
