Atendimento na parte do dia excelente, porém a noite deixa a desejar principalmente na recepção. No restaurante o garçon salvo nome Jacson é otima, porém as garçonetes com a recepcionista ficam conversando e ignora os hospedes quando solicitam a atenção.

As toalhas perfumadas e frescas todos nos dias falam muito sobre o cuidado que o Solar tem com os seus clientes. Café da manhã e jantar impecáveis. Transfer para o Beto Carreiro é um diferencial em oraticidade. Espaço para as crianças é muito legal. Com certeza voltaremos!

Muito boa, já estive ai anos atrás, infelizmente a recreação ( “o tio e as tias”) são bem fraquinhos, os anteriores eram mais animados, contagiavam a galera. Talvez devesse trabalhar mais este lado infantil pra quem quer trabalhar com as crianças. Falou tbm o Buffet Infantil, o estrogonofe tem um dia q ficou faltando mais ingredientes, a mostarda estava bem forte, como o hotel tem mais publico infantil, deveria ter comidas direcionadas a elas, achei q faltou. Os atendentes na recepção, bem fracos, falta sorrirem mais, serem mais receptivos, como falei na outra vez q fui, nossa, sem comentários, o pessoal da recepção eram mais receptivos, precisam treinar mais este lado. Fora isso, o hotel é ótimo.
