This resort has many facilities that cater for the family in particularly families with children. Each villa has its privacy and is very spacious! The spa services is excellent. Stort og velfungerende hotel. Vi boede der i 8 nรฆtter i en Garden pool villa. Der var lidt smรฅting ved ankomsten, men det tog Hr Steven Han sig af med det samme. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Overall itโ€™s ok but not the best

The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurants was generally good. However, the dinner dining options were too limited, which was disappointing, and although the villa had a kitchen, it required an extra fee to use it, so I didnโ€™t understand the point of having one. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The common areas, such as the living room floor, dining table, and sink area, didnโ€™t feel properly cleaned, and it seemed as though the individual rooms and bathroom floors were hardly cleaned at all. The toilet wasnโ€™t cleaned daily, and when the shower gel in the shower ran out, even though it was left on the floor, it wasnโ€™t refilled for several days. The pool water quality also wasnโ€™t very good. On top of that, the coffee pot was nasty, with white mold inside that looked like it had been there for weeks. Another challenge was that the staff spoke very little English, which made it difficult to communicate our needs. Overall, staying there wasnโ€™t terrible, but it wasnโ€™t a very comfortable trip either.
