1. Requested for 1-day early check out and staff requested to call hotels.com. After agent called them and at the time of checkout, only the staff told me that there will be no refund due to 3-days cancellation policy. Could have told me this the first time I request to check out earlier, instead of letting me going through all these hassles only for nothing. Poor service. 2. Laundry service is bad. Fragrance smells bad (dried under high heat while it is too wet). Some of the clothes still have staples and markers attached which could hurt.

Our room had no air conditioning. We were repeatedly told maintenance would work on it but we never saw them and it was never fixed during our stay there. We couldn’t stay in our room during the day because it was so hot and humid. They had a grand opening a month before but evidently missed redoing our rooms air conditioning. Otherwise the hotel was good.

처음에 배정 받은 방의 공조가 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없었다. 전화로 조치를 취해달라고 했는데... 늦은 시간에도 직원이 친절하게도 방을 바꾸어주어서 이후 일정을 잘 보낼 수 있었다. 5성급 호텔이면 사전에 공조 소음을 측정해서 일정 기준이상이면 손님을 받지 말아야 할 것이다. 이후 직원의 대처가 좋아서 즐거운 여행이 되었다.
