The resort was under construction and while they tried their hardest to have it not unpack the guests, it definitely did. There was hammering and tapping from 8am-5pm everyday we were there. They were renovating the room right next to ours. Not sure why they would put someone on the room right next door? If you were at the beach all day, no problem. But what if you wanted an afternoon nap? And the hallways were very messy and dusty with all the construction. They should have at least offered a discount. Every other aspect of the resort was nice. The breakfast was great! The red flag chair service was amazing. Elements restaurant should we way better for a luxury resort. Terra restaurant was superb! We ate there 3 times! The beach was by far amazing! But you don’t need to stay at this resort. There are so many resorts in eagle beach. This resort was nice for amenities and comfort. Just book in 2027 when the renovation is done! That was not peaceful at all.
