Great location (20 minute safe walk into the center), large food portions for lunch and lovely outdoor pool. Service a little slow at the pool bar but apart from that great service from the front desk etc. We are looking to come back next year as we had a great first experience saying here and first experience with the Melia brand. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Lovely big room with views of the marina but was a little tired though and could benefit from some updating. The breakfast was quite extensive and fab facilities including yoga and massages by the pool. However the roadworks outside the hotel currently made access a little difficult and unfortunately being at the front/ overlooking the Marina was a little noisy at night with late night socialising and cruise ships horns.

I love the unique set up of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to watch the television. There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit.

Great hotel choice for exploring Palma

Lovely hotel in great location within half an hour's walk of the cathedral. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with views of the marina from our balcony. Relaxing pool area with a lively bar serving drinks all day. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet and a couple of places close by to have breakfast out. Bit of a shame about the extensive road works going on but it should improve the area once finished. Friendly and helpful staff and overall good value for money.

Beautiful clean hotel with spacious rooms, big beds, great showers and friendly staff. Rituals bathroom products- how special ! Lovely views over the marina and a pool with lots of sunbeds. We were spoiled for choice at breakfast. It filled us for a good part of the day. We like to walk so walking to the cathedral and old town etc for dinner and sights was lovely. Bike hire close by is recommended. Great day out. Soller train and tram recommended. The reception ordered us taxis when required. Much cheaper than uber. Staff were so friendly and we were lucky to be allowed a late checkout. Take earplugs for sleeping unless you are out nightclubbing and don’t need them. Fantastic hotel.

We got premium room with a balcony overlooking the marina, was great!! Pool was really nice!! Does get full pretty quickly so got to be there 10ish to secure spot! Also because cocktail are getting made sometime the line was a little long. Rooms very clean, paid $500aud per night, think it was fair value for money, 10min walk into more city centre, has a mini mart right outside so very handy if you need to pop down and get anything, stayed 5 nights and was great to set up there and unpack luggage and enjoy Palma

Great for acity break. We stayed as part of a wedding party so the generous public areas were good. Great Seaview room, large bed, better than normal hotel hairdryer and good quality toiletries. We liked the bar service was good. Only thing i would chsnge is the pool area. Sunbeds too close together they need space between guest parties felt like strangers too close. Consider swapping some for more chairs and tables. Good quality hotel though, convenient for the marina and easy walk to the cathedral or castle.
