Room was clean and tidy. It's an old place so it's not a palace but it's quiet, clean, has all the essentials. No complaints. Owners seem friendly enough too.

Hotell was all okey and staff to but it didnt match the description, there is no laundry machines, and no Coffee either the times we past. But simplee hotell with a great location to downtown

NICE LOCATIONAND THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS ACCOMIDATIVE AND COMFORTABLE. LOVED IT! WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA.

Extremely misleading…

Was genuinely confused when i checked into this hotel. the photos of the rooms they have listed look nothing like the condition they are currently in. The room was dark, smelled like mildew and another strong gross smell. for $210 a night im so disappointed and could not even fall asleep on the hard bed.

Its an older style motel, in a perfect spot for the Train Station-not terrible, but not the greatest design or room. BIG fridge and TV, which were plusses.

Located at a major intersection to get around town easily but also across the street from the train tracks so that was a bit loud at times (hard to avoid though anywhere in Flagstaff) Service was nice and easy - old rooms but fixed nicely enough to sleep and shower.

Horrible stay

Thr room stank like cat pee and the carpet near the closet was soaked. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed and there was a piece of trash on the floor in the bathroom. The bottom of the bathroom door was off the hinge. There was water and a coffee drink left in the fridge from a previous customer. I woke up with a stuffy nose and sore throat. We only stayed because it was almost midnight when we arrived and were too exhausted to figure out something else. It is the worst room I have EVER stayed in.

Wouldn't recommend

Hotel was dated and room was not very clean, very small and check in staff wasn't the friendliest. Was very noisy as it's right by the busy train track, which was my fault for not looking into a better location.

Like being close to the historic district. The office personnel were rude and very hard for us to understand we were told there would be a breakfast but all they had with water down juice and water down coffee, nothing else and no place to have a breakfast, they could not tell me how much per night I was being charged or give me a receipt

Hotels.com said “Payable Fees at Property” will be $10.01. At check-in, was told that they will add on an additional $11.00 non-refundable fee. Confirmed twice with the front desk the amount. Please note, I get that it’s a $.99 difference. This can add up based on several people bookings on placed - on a per day charge. Otherwise, the stay was ok.
