Hot tub was nice and hot. Kitchen is fairly well equipped - you can often get whatever you need but don't have in your kitchen from the front desk. Convenient to Sunday River. Very difficult to find such reasonably priced rooms, with 2 discrete bedrooms, plus kitchenette, and only a few minutes from Sunday River, for these prices. We've been going there for years and will continue to do so. Very nice people that run the place, too.

A bit old but everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for the meals we made, the pool and sauna were nice to use on the day freezing rain kept us indoors. I also like that they had board/card games available for us to bring back to our room. The staff were helpful and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.
