Our stay was amazing and the hotel is extremely nice it literally has everything you need. The only complaint we had was that the shower and bathroom area was visibly dirty. We went out and bought extra cleaning supplies

Elevator service was terrible with wait times averaging 10 minutes. I was not informed that check in was across the street from resort. When I went to check in I was surprised to learn that I had to buy room insurance at $39 a day or be charged 250 extra on my credit card. A page full of items would be checked with even minor things like scratches in paint. I was not told that there would be no cleaning services during my stay. One bar of soap in the bathroom and nothing else. There is a restaurant on the premises but no menu in the room.

Stay 6/18-6/21, 2025 I am unsure where to begin. I only have 1475 characters for typing so lets say this. I wll Never, Ever stay here again. I am currently looking for a Corporate number since there was no supervisor on duty as it seems the entire time I was there. From the room that seemed to fall apart right when we opened our room door, to the cleanliness of the property from the parking deck to our room, the food that was old and dry looking at the hotel restaurant, to the nastiness of the jacuzzi pools, to the rudeness of housekeeping ( under staffed and over worked, "I get it", but way to many attitudes, Now the miscommunication and just plan unapologetic, don't give a shi$$ attitude of the front desk check-in/ registration office across the street from the actual hotel. It doesnt matter if I booked through Crown Reef Resort or a 3rd party, there should never be any discrimination or special privileges amongst guests. Now lastly we where offered a tour and a 90 minute presentation at the resort showing building 3. Now I must say what they where offering through RCI was a great deal but here is the down fall, the young guy we spoke to was new to this and didn't have all the answers but he tried, but the lady that he asked to help him was a deal breaker. She was arrogant and chose to use words like " it doesnt matter or it shouldn't concern you or what you fail to realize or lastly if it doesnt bother me it shouldn't bother you. Im seeking all my $$ back.

This hotel was amazing! I had my grandmother and 2 children with me and we all enjoyed the amenities that the hotel provides. The kids loved the waterpark and slides so much! I enjoyed the hot tubs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be staying here again!

First room key did not work. For another room without full ocean view. Deck with pigeon poop all over chairs, table and ground. Room I ended up in was nice. Long walk from tower 3 through very loud equipment to get to ground and beach. Paid parking $15/night was a surprise. Staff were friendly, but scarce.

I was disappointed in the check in process especially after they direct you over to a side desk to get the wristbands for the waterpark. They try to sell you a timeshare or something but get kind of rude if you're not interested. They just need to give the wristbands with the room keys.

Overall the experience was amazing and I will go back again. This is our third time at this property. It is a large vast property that has three separate buildings on the Beach-towers one two and three. Multiple pools, multiple hot tubs, lazy river, multiple kids pools, two separate water slides, and a small kids watermark area with a cute water slide for kids around 9 and under. Nice clean restaurant, Starbucks coffee ares that offers breakfast food to go. Rooms are pretty outdated but clean. Plenty of towels and they offer towels at the pool that you need to sign out and return. Pools open till 11. Hope to return again soon since it's only a 3 hour drive.

We came for the weekend and stayed in Tower 2. I enjoyed staying there and with the oceanfront view, you also get to see all the festivities over your balcony if you do not want to be poolside. The room was clean and a/c worked very well! Our only issue was replenishing our towels. We did have to call a few times but finally received them that evening. We also liked the security and well lit areas as we walked on the beach at night.

Overall very nice place especially for kids with the Waterpark. Had a small issue with our room but management was great in resolving it.

If I could give it less than a star for cleanliness I would. The whole place is just nasty and don’t get me started on the elevators that are either broke or feel like they are falling apart. Only good thing was the bar. Being tipsy helped make the stay better. Watch out for the bugs.

Well it was ok people next door was fighting almost a whole day hot lock out my room glad security was there he helped me out he vall front office because o was bleeding from my toe feels at the gate after i got out the pool then mat

Premium suite was nice and fancy, but we only went for one night and the new fancy shower would not turn off, had to get maintenance to fix it, they had to come in back and forth several times which would wake up the baby, but besides that overall great place to stay

We’ve stayed at the CR on and off for years bringing our kids and have always loved it. Very pleased to see the updates in the room. A little disappointed they didn’t have the original restaurant but the new location was nice but prices were a high, especially if you were traveling with your kids. (We weren’t but was looking for our grandkids). The water slides, pools and hot tubs are nice.
