Toliet was disgusting and there were mysterious stains on the wall in the bedroom. There was no one at the desk when we went to checkout, so we had to wait like 10 minutes after I asked the breakfast attendant and she called someone. They just told us to put the room keys on the desk. It wasn't completely bad or anything but it just seemed like there wasn't a lot of care taken.

When we walked into the hotel, the lobby smelled like (stinky) cooking food. The air was humid and warm-an unpleasant first impression. Although things were clean and tidy, the smells were offensive. Our room was not much better. The room smelled musty and old, like years of dirty bare feet on the carpet... At this point I would have moved hotels, but I had made a non-reimbursable reservation. The furniture was dusty, and when I turned on the air conditioner, it smelled like the filter needed to be changed. I actually cleaned the room with my own cleaning supplies and bought air fresheners for our stay. The bathroom was clean, and the towels and linens were clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the smells made our stay less than satisfactory.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel and hotels.com advertise that there is a pool at the hotel. The pool was not in service and definitely had not been for some time. The elevators were very sketchy and often took a full minute for the doors to close. The overall property outside was not great. There was a lot of trash around the grounds and parking lot. When the front parking lot was full the rear parking lot was used and was very poorly lit.
